We moseyed about 20 feet to get the coupons out of my van.
We did a TABATA style workout with coupons 30 sec work 6 sec rest for 4 rounds of 8 different workouts 1 min rest in between rounds ( we held the plank the last two rest periods) if you’re block touches the ground before the rest period we pause and do 10 burpees
