INTRODUCTION:
We had a lot of work to do today so the Q gave a quick introduction, full disclaimer, 5 CP, Mission Statement, and Credo.
WARMUP:
Immediately after the introduction we set on a “slow” mosey so around the lot and playground to warm up, and so the Q could show the PAX the layout for the One Mile run portion of today’s workout.
During the Slow Mosey, the Q explained the workout…
THE THANG:
Today’s workout is the FULL Murph, that is:
1-mile run
100 Pull Ups
200 Merkins
300 Squats
1-mile run
All with a 20lb ruck.
There were several PAX who were within about 1/2 mile of finishing, the above. I think we all discovered something we need to work on (pull-ups and merkins for YHC).
