Welcome to F3 Macon’s new(ish) form of fitness…running! We will go “streaking” (running) on Fridays 5:15am at The Colony (Bolingbroke) and Sundays 6am at The Valhalla @ Red Dawn.
Here you’ll find our various F3 Macon running routes. Come join us for an early morning mosey.
