WARMUP: we did a capbackstretch, followed by some SSH’s, imperial walkers, big arm circle and in reverse, bear hugs and hit the trail
THE THANG: bear crawled to fountain, I raced Mt. Mama and almost broke my arm losing. We went to Mercer toward the village and back down to Wesley Glenn alternating with bear crawls, lunge walk, Bernie’s, and planks to the 6th man caught up
Once there we started with OH press and curls doing 2 each. We spent the next 30 minutes adding an exercise and a rep for 10 rounds to the tune of the following:
