THE THANG:

Mosey to Pain Shed to pick up a coupon. Starting at sets of 10 for each exercise. After you complete the set you will run along to the perimeter road and back. Then you repeat doing 10 reps of each exercise, run, 9 reps, run, 8 reps, run, etc. until you get to 1 rep. If you complete you work back up the ladder.
