partner up: 1 pax climbs stairs two at a time, 1 pax holds plank. switch. again with a 6″ leg hold instead of plank
mosey to Mercer Bear stairs: 5 burpees, 3 calf raises up each step, 5 inverted rows, 10 dips, 15 squat, crab walk down ramp, jog back. 2nd round: Bunny hop/standing jump instead of calf raises.
