Started out with a long mosey that went over a mile and in front of the Hilton Garden Inn
Found a spot for U boats and did 10 spaces mosey in and Bernie out with a burpee

Moseyed to athletic complex where we flipped lunge walking and crab walking on the front side walk
Moseyed a little further behind student act building where we Uboats 12 more spaces same way but with 3 diamond merkins at each space

Moseyed a little further to student act steps, 80 where we did Dora 2,1,.05 with air squats, heels to heaven and Mike Tyson’s
Still had 8 minutes so moseyed to Mr. Mercers circle and did 2 rounds of dips with 10 and 5 holding position
Moseyed back to fountain where we did step ups until time
Ran 2.56 miles over all
