The Workout:
• Get a coupon
• Cusac/carryto Capsize Coupon Court
• COP with jump rope in center and 5 man makers each person until jumper misses a beat. Everyone gets a turn to jump rope.
• Dora 1-2-3 (100 cinder block curls, 200 cinder block overhead press, 300 cinder block squats) while partner runs to stair and back. Had to stop for time halfway thru squats.

Cusac/carry back to block pile.
