Mosey to coupons, stopping along the way to complete 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges (hard way), 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkin, 25 Plank Jacks, 30 Squats

Place the coupon under the pavilion complete 10 OHP

Run to the “road” 50 yards away to receive instructions.

Blow up the BLIMPS
5 burpees and then run to your Coupon for 10 OHP
Return to the road to complete 5 Burpees and 10 Lunges, run to your Coupon for 10 OHP and back again

Continue working through the exercises adding one each round until you complete 5 Burpees, 10 Lunges, 15 Imperial Walkers, 20 Merkin, 25 Plankjacks, 30 Squats

As you finish, start taking reps from other PAX until we all finish the workout.

Deconstruct the BLIMPS by doing the same in reverse order, minus the run to our Coupon and the OHP
