11’s- start on one curb and do 1 X-Factor and run to the opposite curb and do 10 Double Count shoulder taps run to opposite curb for 2 X-Factors and back to the other curb for 9 Shoulder Taps and continue until 10 X-factors and 1 Shoulder Tap.
Routine: Partner 1 will perform each exercise denoted below as Partner 2 backpedals 25 yards, performs a ” Bobby Hurley” & jogs back to continue the exercise from the count accumulated by Partner 1. This will continue until the repetition count stated below is met.

Roll Tide was eager to share that today is Maestro’s One Year Anniversary- well done. Little factoid shared- when he took over as Nantan, we had around 100 members. Now it is around 260. YHC has been lucky enough to witness this growth. Well done!
