THE THANG:

We moseyed to the carpool loop to play some Yardopoly. For anyone unfamiliar with Yardopoly we have about 15 or so cones with a surprise exercise under each one. YHC moseyed to the cones at random. Each time we passed GO (the speed bump) we did 5 burpees. The exercises under the cones could be anything from 15 Diamond merkins, 50 calf raises, Bernie sanders a lap, lunge 20 yards, etc. We took a break half way through to do a little baton death march.

MARY:

Barely had any time left for Mary so a modification of rowing the boat in cadence and then it was 6.
