Mosey to large yard
Yardicides (50 yard basketball court made out of cones; we ran 2 yardicides then side shuffled around the outer border with burpees mixed in. Then did another yardicide where we lunged to first cone, bear crawled to second, bernie sanders to third and so on. Then one more round of side shuffle around outer edge)

Had a few minutes to spare so we AMRAPed 3 sets of pull ups.
