Shoulder Blaster – 20 IC no recovery between exercises (little arm circles, reverse little arm circles, Moroccan night clubs, chinooks, overhead claps, seal claps, cherry pickers, big arm circles)

THE THANG: Mosey to wall on far end of building. 2 sets of donkey kicks, dirty hookups, and wall squats with air presses.

Mosey to hill for BLIMPS (burpees, lunges, imperial walkers, merkins, plank jacks, squats) start with 5 reps increase by 5 for next exercise. Bernie Sanders up hill. Rinse and repeat doubling reps for each exercise.

Prisoner Indian Run for 2 laps

Mosey to grass courtyard for plank series. Q called out high, low, right side, or left side and pax held plank for several minutes.
