-Mosey to carpool loop
-Baton Death March around loop. Pax at the back drops to do 15 merkins then runs to front of the line and new guy at back follows suit. We did this until we had run a mile.
-40 seconds of mountain climbers then recover for 20 seconds, same with squats, same with plank shoulder taps, same with lunges and same with Freddie Mercuries. Then we repeated the circuit.
-Mini Murph: 10 pull-ups, 20 Merkins, 30 squats, 2 laps around basketball court. We repeated this for about 12 mins until it was time to head to Mary
-Alternate Arm/Leg raises while laying on stomach
