Four score (4 corners)
Start out by counting off by fours and head to assigned corners.
1s AMRAP Squats until relieved.
2s AMRAP Mercans until relieved.
3s AMRAP LBC’s until relieved.
4s perform 15 Burpees then run to 1s, relieving the Pax there. Continue until all Pax have done the Burpees.
Stay together for burpees.

Short Mosey to picnic benches

Tabata (20 sec work/10 sec rest. Each exercise gets 6 rounds then move to next.
1. BBSU
2. Arm ups
3. Mountain Climbers
4. Cross touch jacks
5. Dips

Mosey to grass

30s
30 yards increments of 10 yards
Broad jump 10 yds 5 burpee 10 Bonnie’s/10 BBSUs
Continue to 30 yards and bear crawl back to finish
