The carpool loop was our game board. We had about 16 or so cones spread out that were our spaces on the board. Each one had an exercise with number of reps on the bottom. We’d take turns rolling the dice to see what space we landed on. Each time we passed the speed bump “GO” we’d collect 5 burpees. Examples of some of the spaces we landed on were:
-Mosey 2 laps
-20 Merkins
-15 Diamond merkins
-50 Calf raises
-20 SSH
-Backpedal a lap
Etc.
