THE THANG:
4 Corners Musical Chairs
The Yard’s 4 square arena was turned into a square of fortune. At each corner an exercise was to be performed:
1) Step Ups onto Picnic Table Benches
2) Pull Ups
3) Partner Plank Curls
4) Merkins (on the map of America)
A one minute, thirty second (1:30) timer was set – The PAX Moseyed around the 4 Square Arena for (1:30). When the timer sounded the PAX would AMRAP the exercise at the corner they were nearest for (1:30). Rinse and Repeat for 21 sets.
