THE THANG:
Moseyed to the front of the school for some 11’s, the exercises were Mike Tysons and Bonnie Blairs (the hardway).
After 11″s the PAX moseyed to basketball court and partnered up for a Dora 1-2-3. The exercises were 100 Burpees, 200 Squats, 300 Merkins.
Most of the PAX completed the squats then started on the Merkins before Mary came calling.

MARY:
Flutter Kicks> 30- IC
Big Boi sit ups> 30- OYO
LBCs> 30- OYO
Held the plank until time ran out (30 sec)

COT:
Count-O-Rama, Name-O-Rama.
Announcements – Roll Tide spoke on taking advantage of the gray areas in the cadence during exercises and to make the most of it. Tater Salad added to conversation by pointing out to us, those in leadership sometimes make mistakes and it is up to the pack to stand strong and do the right thing.
Prayer/Praise –
Prayers for the Correra family and Praises for Bewyak’s family recovering from the bug that was going around, Run Flat added how thankful he was for becoming the weasel shaker.
