Wall Conveyor – Balls to the wall (BTTW) position – feet as high as possible. First PAX at 1 end of line drops down from BTTW and runs to end of the line then gets back into BTTW position. Next PAX follows and this repeats until we run out of wall. X2

Dips – 20 OYO
BTTW position, inch your way to the right using your hands on the ground and feet on the wall.
