YHC couldn’t tell you how happy he was when he pulled up and saw the flag planted facing the parking lot!

If you’ve done F3 long enough you may have a few hundred or more beatdowns under your belt. I don’t know about you but it’s the rain days I remember the most. The fellowship is better, you push yourself harder and honestly we all just look like warriors.

The Wilderness was no exception this morning! The pax were enthusiastic about getting started and with an fng in tow the Disclaimer was intentional. Not only that there was a reciting of the the 5 core principles, the mission statement and the Credo

When it got tough we dropped two inches
Then as the pax were squirming we raised our toes of the ground. Did it until the quads were screaming

Found a nice hill next to the chapel
Did 11’s with Mike Tyson’s at the top Bonnie Blair’s at the bottom (that’s double count) with a nice Berne Sanders in between.

Called time before we finished so we could get another round of the peoples chair in. Same as before
