Moseyed to the fountain and took a page out of the “Yard’s” book. We tried the platoon workout. 2 groups of 5 lead by TI and Cub. We had 6 exercises that each group had to get through together. 200 WW3 sit-ups, 400 Merkins, 600 Dips, 800 Mtn Climbers, 1000 lunges, and 1200 LBCS. Platoons lead well and both groups finished at about 6:45. We moseyed halfway round the park and into Mary.
MARY: WW3 sit-ups, LBCs, Bay City Scissors, Reverse cow pokers, and 3 sided planks to round us out.
