THE THANG:
Pax1: Sled push 20 yards, push back 20 yards
Pax 2: does plank (30 sec front, 15 each side).
Swap it up.
Do 8 evolutions total.
Use resistance bands to do 4×15 curls, 4×15 shrugs, 4×15 pull aparts.
