THE THANG:
Roll the 3 providence dice (not luck, not chance, Providence):
Number Die: 5, 8, 14, 7, 20, 12 . Today is daily double. You double the reps. If you roll a 5, you do 10, roll a 14, do 18. Get it?
Exercise Die: Star jacks, Merkins, Burpees, Bonnie Blairs, Monkey humpers, Bear crawl,
Location die: Frizzles Forest, Puddy’s Wall, Flathead hollow, Fountain, Pedestrian Bridge, blank (pax choice, first person to finish exercise yells out where we will mosey)
Complete the reps and exercise on the die. The first person to get done grabs the 3 dice and moseys to the location on the 3rd die. Then he rolls the 3 dice again. Pax follow as they finish the exercise. When all pax arrive they begin the next exercise. The pax SSH to the six.
We rolled the dice 14 times, visited the pedestrian bridge twice, and all the other locations at least once. We did several reps of whatever exercise we were given.
