THE THANG: We rucked the Mercer campus and prayed. Started praying for the men of F3 and their families- especially our children. Then prayed for the students at Mercer and heavy prayer for the prison ministry Capsize and a few others will be starting. They have permission to go in tonight so praying hearts will be open and ears ready to hear.

MARY: Had a few minutes minutes so Peaches (yes, you heard that correctly) led with Flutter kicks followed by WWII sit ups
