Moseyed to a new set of stairs previously unused by the Pax. Circled at the base of a flight a straightaway, and another flight. While the group did an Amrap excercise one rep ran the double stairs and came back. We worked our way around the circle. Squats, LBc’s, Monkey Humpers, Dip Holds, and Burpees. Moseyed back to the park. Grabbed coupons and did some curls. Paired up and while on partner ran to the book house and back the other cranked out curls to 200, air squats to 150, block LBCs to 100, and on to 25.
