THE THANG:
We Moseyed to the fountain for what is becoming Mtn.Mamas calling card: iterations on the wheel/spokes of destiny/death. 7 excercises; 7 spokes; 1 stop watch.
Starting with Cub, the men chose a spoke to run as fast as they could with a timer going. Before runners went they chose an exercise that the group will do when the runner gets back. Whatever the timer says is how many reps we do. While the runner was gone the group held either push up form, squat form, or a 6 inch plank.
We made 5 spokes and had to limp to see Mary
