Moseyed through the park to find the coupons. We then carried our soaking wet and heavy coupons to the open field to have some fun between the cones.
Cones were placed 20 yards apart. We did Man Makers, Squat Thrusters, Curls, Sumo Squats, Block Presses, Block Swings and Bent Over Rows on one end. Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Air Squats, Hillbillies, LBC’s, Craken Burpees, and a few other body weight exercises on the other end. We sprinted back and forth between the cones between each set of exercises. TI requested a bear crawl, so I obliged his request, and we even skipped back to the coupons at one point per Mt Mama’s request.
