INTRO: Called this one Coupon Burnout, brought to you by Fixit on November 3rd ( and the letter K)

All 4 count in cadence, SSH’s, high knees, Imperial Walkers, trunk rotations, bear hugs, then arm stretches, then moseyed around the park

Picked up coupons and ran them a block to Alexander 2:
1st set: 10 burpee block jump overs, 20 overhead press, 20 upright rows, then 7’s which is 7 curls in 3 positions we did 4 sets of this reducing the burpees by 2 and the coupons by 5
Next 20 IC SSH’s followed by 20 irkins, 20 shoulder raises, 20 derkins, 20 lunges with coupon, 4 sets reducing by 5. This took us to Tim by the time we ran coupons back and to the flag
