Q: Mtn Mama

INTRO: it was an all DeGeorge gathering. All DeGeorges and the guy who lives in his car… but we didn’t care. We circled at 7:01 and I made sure to provide the liability clause. We went over the core principles and got ready for a hero’s journey.
We moseyed to the fountain and I taught the boys the monkey humper and the swirley. We then went on an Indian run. Chewy took off so that we couldn’t catch him, tripped on a magnolia pod and skinned his knee. He started crying pretty hard. I held him for a while and carried him back to the fountain.
After he stopped crying we continued the workout. We moseyed to Flathead hollow for the Hero’s journey. 12 excercises: merkins, air squats, mtn climbers, iron mikes, LBCs, BBS’s, merkins, air squats, Mexican Jumping Beans, Bear Holds and Burpees. The boys and I ran flathead hollow back and forth while working our way through the Hero’s Journey.
We moseyed back to base and did some Freddy’s, LBCs, Flutter Kicks and Heel Touches.
