INTRO: 8 men decided to start their weekends off by taking the disciplined route. It was a beautiful morning for a beatdown. Encouraged by the numbers and return of SeeFood

Threw everyone off with my promise of something that hasn’t been done before.

Back stretch
Moved to side wall for the usual inch worm, but did 15 hand release merkins instead followed by a calf stretch and a mile run!

An Ripper X- completely ripped of a Tony Horton workout with only a few modifications. We did one round, stretching in between
Mosey 1/2 mile, did hand release merkins while waiting for the 6th.
Then on to round 2, reducing the count by 5. We were on our butts for 30 minutes all together.
Last 5 minutes was an an stretch the other way to help us with he recovery process
