Warm-up:

• 20 jumping jacks
• 20 mountain climbers
• 20 squats
• 20 lunges (10 each leg)
• 10 push-ups
• Indian run with 15 count jumprope at back

The Workout:
• Get a coupon
• Cusac to Capsize Coupon Court
• COP with jump rope in center and 5 man makers each person until jumper misses a beat. Everyone gets a turn to jump rope.
• Dora 1-2-3 (100 cinder block curls, 200 cinder block overhead press, 300 cinder block squats) while partner runs to stair and back. Had to stop for time halfway thru squats.

Cusac back to block pile.
