INTRO: I thought I was ghosted even as someone I didn’t recognize waited in his car in the parking lot until 5:15. I thought it was a homeless guy going to ask me for a cigarette but Alas Tripod emerged from his new ride. The homeless man asking for a cigarette didn’t come till the end of the beatdown
WARM-O-RAMA:
Quad stretch, back stretch, trunk rotations, SSH’s, imperial walkers, moseyed to fountain
THE THANG:
The thang was “ dice destiny or density or something”. I finally found a set of dice! I’ve been searching for a year.
Went like this:
Doubles= double the reps
2- burpee
3- run 1 leg of park
4- V up roll ups
5- Mike Tyson
6- dips
7- lunge walk
8- Swirley 1/2
9- binoculars
10- coupon squats
11- LBC’s the hard way
12- mile run
It’s started slow with 7 lunge walks, 15 dips, 8 Mike Tyson’s, but then we did a swirley and a half and it was on! Ran to coupons for binoculars, dips, coupon squats, V up roll ups, BBSU’s and stayed in Mary the last 10 minutes because we can
