The THANG
– Moseyed to brick yard, each Pax grabbed a coupon and lined up on the pad
– Round 1 consisted of:
7 overhead press
7 seated overhead press
7 laying on back Press
7 block merkins
Run to the end of the pad, 4 burpees (hence the inspiration from ER)
Repeat 6x – 42 reps of each exercise and 24 burpees
– Round 2:
7 KB swings
7 curls
7 goblet squats
7 bent over rows
Run to end of pad and 3 burpees
Repeat 6x – 42 reps again and 18 burpees
2 rounds combined gave the pax 42 burpees, thanks to ER.
