Mosey to Pain Shed to pick up a coupon. You will complete the following exercises starting at sets of 15 for each exercise. After you complete the set you will run along to the perimeter road and back. Then you repeat doing 14 reps of each exercise, run, 13 reps, run, 12 reps, run, etc. until you get to 1 rep. If you complete you work back up the ladder starting at 2 reps, then 3, etc.
