Several Men got together early on this past Memorial Day 2022 and we did something difficult together. It was a beautiful sight and it went something like this:

Myrtle, French Lick, & Szczerbiak joined YHC for a pre-ruck @ 0600

0700 The Murph was announced with a short explanation about why we do what we do.

Then we got to it.

The Murph
1 Mile Run
100 Pull-ups
200 Merkins
300 Squats
1 Mile Run
All done while wearing a 20lb Weighted Vest or Pack
(Modifications were made as necessary)

This was our 3rd year of doing the Murph and it’s exciting to see this brotherhood continue to grow and push ourselves in so many healthy ways.
