INTRO:
Started with some encouragement from scripture this Easter Monday in the Gloom. Read Luke 24: 1-6 – He has Risen! This comes as a reminder that we are freed from the power of sin and death! Easter is common holiday but we celebrate the uncommon, the extraordinary, the miraculous!

Disclaimer next – I’m a volunteer and this is voluntary.

Ran a 400
20 Lt. Dangers
Ran a 800
25 Lt. Dangers
Ran a 1200
30 Lt. Dangers (or as many as we could get in before time ran out)- With the Ruck

(Ran out of time, but the idea was to go back down in distance but keep going up on the
Lt. Dangers with the ruck on the way down. )

To be Continued….
