INTRO:
I was thinking we would have 7 or 8 this morning with it being July 4th weekend but I was way wrong and super glad to see a big crowd form.
Gave disclaimer, mission statement, and then shared a little from Q Source Chapter on Disruption.

WARM-O-RAMA:
SSH – 50 IC
Daisy Picker – 15 IC
Finkle Kick – 10 IC each leg
Tie Fighters – 10 IC each leg forward
Trunk Rotation – 15 IC each way
Toe Touch – 10 IC each way
Twinkle Toes – 15 IC

THE THANG:
Brief Mosey down to football where we lined up on the imaginary goal line for:
1st and 11 which is:
Run to the 10 yard line, do 10 Burpess and 1 Merkin, then jog the other 90
Run to 20, do 9 Burpees and 2 Merkins, then jog the other 80
So on and so forth until last set which was 1 burpee and 10 Merkins
Next Up was the bleacher snake:
In a follow the leader formation up and down the bleachers we went until all home and visitor bleachers had been conquered
Found a nice spot on back side of visitor bleachers for dips and step ups(15, 10, 5 of each)
Then we moseyed back to football field for one last hoorah
Lined up on the far sideline for a bear crawl/crab walk, or a combination of both across the field
