INTRO:
Big crowd this morning but when I pulled up it looked like it was just going to be Roll Tide and myself. Due to graduation ceremonies, we met on other side of campus in bottom lot by tennis courts(I guess Roll Tide was the only one who knew what I meant). So as 7:00 approached, I knew something was off and decided to walk up the Hill de Nacho to see who I could see. And what I saw was a beautiful sight. The other 15 in a circle wondering who was fixing to lead them. I hollered, they came running, and we got busy.

WARM-O-RAMA:

Slow Mountain Climber(4 count) – 15 IC
Kept arms up through the next 4 exercises and Q almost lost cadence a few times looking around the circle. Faces and motions were absolutely hilarious by the end.
Grady Corn – 20 IC
Randy’s – 20 IC
Baby arm circles – 10 IC each way
Chinooks – 25 IC
Squat – 20 IC
Lunge – 20 IC
Brief mosey where we found a trail leading to a gazebo in the woods I decided to make good use of

THE THANG:

Calf Raises – 20, 15, 10, 5 IC

Moseyed out of the woods back to reality but it didn’t get easier from there
Bear crawled – roughly 25 yards and flipped to Crab Walk for next 25
Moseyed back to bottom of hill/flag area for a killer routine that the Q really struggled through
50 merkins – then a lap which started with running backwards up Hill de Nacho
40 plank jacks – then a lap
30 squats – then a lap
20 SSH – then a lap
10 burpees – then a lap
