Credo – focus on the credo today since Yhc is trying this whole streaking thing – there’s a bit of caution and reservation.

We streaked 5.11 miles. Yhc stopped to walk 3 times. His pace was 10.19 for a total time of 52.44. He thought he was doing good till fun run asked him some more detailed questions about how far he actually ran vs time walked and so forth. Always good to keep the pride in check…
