YHC had more, but a few hard sprinkles hit so we broke off and ran.

THE THANG:

4 miles in 35:09 for YHC. Mr. Fixit and Smack went off in search of personal glory, clocking in below 8 miles a mile. One Call was nice enough to hang out with me. Plenty of good number chatter about marathon training, women who are much faster than we are, and and motivating each other.

MARY:

We got back early, so we did a barrage of random core and leg exercises that were mostly PAX choice.
