Got goin at 6 with a disclaimer then hit our six for some stretching that included butterfly stretches and quad stretches and then toe touches all in cadence
We rucked up and then Yhc surprised the pax with 3 berthas to start with then we did the 2 mile loop for a total of 2.8 miles in 48 min
Got back and did some ruck squats
