We rucked and talked about leadership – it is the last Q-Point for the year Q4.10 – “Lizard Building – The Building of Effective Organizations”. We discussed the three types of organizations – Lizard, Bullfrog, and Leeches.

One way to know which type organization you have and how effective it will be can be determined by the density of the organizations rule book – the more rules, the less effective. Why? Because effective organizations are built through relationships NOT rules and rules drive out relationships.

Myrtle had a lot of wisdom and good examples of how and why company rules reduce effectiveness.
