Q: Szczerbiak

The Q was ambitious this morning, so with a map of the course in hand he decided to attempt the 5K course in the allotted time. We departed from Foster Road and circled through the well manicured course which was set up for the State Championship Cross Country Event to be held later the same day. With the PAX keeping a good steady pace, the Q decided to detour onto the 2 mile trail to allow extra time for the COT. Fortunately or Unfortunately this “short cut” circled us back through the course and added about a half mile to our total along with a nice sized hill.

Today’s leadership topic was “Apprenticeship”. Through the discussion YHC determined that the skills of a master are transferred to the apprentice in a 3 stage process:
