Our topic for todays Ruck was Courage. We had some great conversation about what courage is and what it is not. Everyone is afraid at times, Courage is the ability to do something that frightens oneself – it is strength in the face of pain or grief, or as Scooter pointed out:

“Courage is being scared to death and saddling up anyway.” – John Wayne

The Bible commands us to be “Strong and Courageous” (Joshua 1:9).
