THE THANG: After some debate on how many reps we needed to do to match the 110 flights that equated to what the FDNY would have done, we agreed on 63 reps- up and back down was one rep. This was to honor the 343 firefighters who lost their lives on 9/11.

Prayer/Praise – Just thankful we still live in a free country in which we can get together and do this. A true honor to be able to get out there and do the hard thing. Thankful for all the police, firefighters EMS and first responders who put their life on the line every day. Good work men! Thanks to Scooter for putting this together.
