After the Warm-O-Rama the Pax moseyed over to the track.

We teamed up and while one teammate did the BOMBS, the other walked/jogged the curve and back. Once the teammate completed a set they tagged their teammate for their turn at the BOMBS. The Pax completed 3 sets and walked/jogged roughly 1/2 mile or more.

After the Tortoise and Hare BOMBS, the Pax followed the leader for a stadium run, once we completed the stadium run, we moseyed over to the flag for Mary.
