Ruck to the field and circle up in the center
Moroccan knight Club by stretching out as far as possible 10 ic
Merkins 10 ic
Plank until you can plank no more than do a Mary exercise (flutter, gas pumps, Dolly)
Then the markin AMRAP
Not so hard rinse and repeat twice more
For a total of 3 plank/merkin Amraps
Then took off rucking the track
1st corner 50 ruck curls
2nd corner 50 overhead press
Rucked to the gate then it was an overhead ruck to Old Glory.
