INTRO: POLAR PLUNGE!
The few, the proud, the faces! haha
A select few of us PAX, maybe short on intelligence, met early to take the plunge in the cold tubs set up by HIM One Hit. It was absolutely cold and for sure took your breath away (especially if you went all the way under… cough cough) and hilarious to watch other men take the challenge and throw down!

We then convened at the normal time and normal place.
Welcome and disclaimer was given ( probably should done that before Bewyak almost seized up in the cold tub)

5 Core principals asked for and given, Male community was reinvigorated this morning. Creedo delivered.

WARM-O-RAMA:

SSH 25 IC

THE THANG:
Gathered rucks and lined up for “Follow the Q” to Wolverine Hill. Combination of farmers carry and overhead carry.

Started Halfway up the hill and partnered up. One partner Bernied up to the top and did 23 Lt. Dan’s, other partner went down and did 20 squat thrusters. Partners would then wait at the music (middle) then depart towards the opposite exercise doing one less rep than your partner did swapping places after each rep. Bernie up, jog down. Continued until time was called.

Instituted a Red Dawn call: “Wolverines!” when a PAX yelled Wolverines all dropped and did 3 War Hammers ( WWII sit-up followed by 4 american hammers)

There were several War cries while on Wolverine Hill, some sounded as if they were dying in battle, but he real fun started when time was called and Pax lined up for follow the Q back to the flag…

It took about 3 minutes to get there, we left with 15 minutes to get back and barley made it back by 6!

No Time, but my guess is we did close to 100 war hammers thought-out, so we got it in!
