Rinse and repeat cutting reps in half for 4 rounds
Cardio
4:30 of no stop work
45secs of high knees, 45secs of mnt climbers, 45secs of butt kicks, 45secs of burpees.
Rinse and repeat for 4 and 1/2 minutes
Lower Body
Air Squats X40

Dead lifts X40

Rinse and repeat for 2 rounds

Announcements – 4th of July Fireworks for those in town, 1 year anniversary at the Foxhole.
Prayer/Praise – Debris’ mom is home and do well, continue to pray for healing. Praise Buford’s son’s eye surgery went well and he is recovering. Pray for Debris’ wife’s family with the loss of her grandmother, also praise for Debris’ daughter as her throat didn’t close up from an allergic reaction. Pray for Debris as he leads his family through these difficult situations.
