It was a nice humid morning after all the rain we had. I was told about the beatdown from last Thursday and was even more committed to have Ralph live up to his name. Disclaimer and go to it.

THE THANG:
Mosey to middle parking lot for a good circle to run. There were 4 exercises. We would do 10 reps then run a lap, 20 reps run 2 laps, 30 reps run 3 laps. Rinse and repeat to get in as many reps and laps as possible. We had a couple guys get deep into the 60 reps of the workout. Exercises- Merkins, Peter Parkers, Gas Pumps, SSH’s.
Mosey towards Mary and pause for a last man standing plank. Viking, Mcfly, and Dirty Dawg were not going to drop. Unfortunately YHC had to call recover because we ran out of time.
